If you have an Allied Health Referral from your GP then you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate.

Fee: $165.00 Medicare rebate $58.30
 

Review consultations: 30 mins

Fee: $88.00 Medicare rebate is $58.30

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) no out of pocket.

Private Health Insurance. You may be able to claim with your fund depending on your policy and level of cover.

Please bring your blood glucose diary and testing equipment to your first appointment if you have them.

​

I am happy for you to bring your husband, wife, partner or support person to your appointment.
